Ok, I really, really love this one—so much so that I am incredibly disappointed in how short it lasts on my skin.
It’s clean and fresh and bergamot-citrusy, but more like the pure essence of citrus than a loud specify citrus note in the top.
I personally adore a tea fragrance, and I have been on a recent quest to find my dream tea perfume. As both a fraghead, and as a tea connoisseur, I’m very hard to please with my tea notes. In Etherial Wave, the white and black tea in the middle hit it *just right* for me. Soft musk and blonde woods in the base do help ground it a little, but in achieving the beautiful clarity and lightness of the fragrance, they seem to have lost the longevity.
I have worn this alone, and I just love it as long as I can smell it, but ut goes away far too quickly and I’m left wanting it to come back.
I tried layering it with DedCool Extra Milk, and that seemed to grip it a bit and improve its staying power. Makes me want to get the fragrance primer from Future Society.
All in all, if this lasted longer, this absolutely would be full-bottle, daily wear worthy. It’s gorgeous.
